A member of Spencer Stuart’s Technology, Media, Telecommunications & Services and Digital & Technology Officer practices, she focuses on a wide range of sectors, including software, IT services, digital media and e-commerce, and communication services. Caroline is the co-founder of Women Corporate Directors Paris and a frequent speaker at technology conferences. She is also a mentor at Force Femmes Marie Baudron is a partner at the prominent search firm Egon Zehnder, where she acts as a trusted advisor to banking and insurance clients. Based in Paris, she has deep expertise in CEO succession and talent management. She is a core member in the Leadership Advisory and Board Consulting practices.
