Sabrina Soussan partagera avec nous les enseignements d’un parcours de dirigeante au plus haut niveau dans l’industrie – automobile, ferroviaire, bâtiment, environnement – mené à travers l’Europe, l’Asie et l’Amérique du Nord.
Au fil de sa carrière, elle a su naviguer entre les cultures et les industries, prenant la tête de groupes mondiaux comme Siemens Mobility, Dormakaba, et plus récemment Suez, tout en siégeant aux conseils d’administration de Boeing, Henkel et ITT.
Elle reviendra sur les défis du leadership dans des contextes complexes, sur la gouvernance stratégique, et sur sa vision des grandes transformations industrielles et environnementales.
Biographie de Sabrina Soussan
Born in Paris, Sabrina Soussan now lives in Switzerland. She is married and a proud mother of one.
She is a French and German citizen.
From February 2022 to February 2025, Sabrina Soussan was CEO of Suez, a global player in water and waste services for local authorities and industrial companies. She was also Chairman of Suez since 1st of August 2022.
From January 2021 to January 2022, she was CEO of Dormakaba, a global leader of the access industry, listed at the SIX Swiss exchange.
From 2017 to 2020, she was co-CEO of Siemens Mobility, a leading provider of transportations solutions. She joined Siemens Mobility in Germany in 2013 after holding various management positions at Siemens Building Technologies in Switzerland. Prior to that, she held managerial positions at Renault Nissan and Siemens’ Automotive Powertrain division in Germany.
Since April 2025, she is a member of the shareholder’s committee of Henkel.
Since April 2023, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of Boeing.
She was also a member of the Board of ITT inc. from October 2018 to October 2023.
Sabrina Soussan holds a master’s degree in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering from E.N.S.M.A (Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering School in Poitiers, France) and an MBA from I.A.E Poitiers and University of Dublin, Ireland.
Knight of the National Order of Merit in 2022.
